Two timelines shape the round
The private phase remains open until Plexicus chooses to launch publicly. That event-based window is separate from the six-month contract milestone.

0% platform commission for eligible introductions
If Plexicus introduces you and the required documents are signed before the platform publishes the round, the platform commission is 0%.
1% + VAT payment processing always applies. After public launch, the platform's standard published fee schedule applies.
Contract window
28/08/2026 → 28/02/2027
If the private route has not reached its target by 28/02/2027, the platform may take over the round and apply 6% + VAT to the amount collected through its platform.
This is a contract milestone, not a public-launch date or an investor deadline.

Does registration mean I am investing?
No. It is an expression of interest and a request for a call. It does not accept an investment or reserve an allocation.
What happens on the call?
The placement partner will discuss the round at a high level, answer initial questions, and explain the appropriate next step for you.
What are the risks I should understand?
Early-stage investing in private companies is high risk. The value of your investment can fall as well as rise, and you may not be able to sell your shares easily. Dilution, lack of liquidity and total loss of capital are all possible. The placement partner will provide the formal risk disclosure document before you commit.
What jurisdictions can participate?
The private round is structured for Spanish and broader EU investors under current Spanish equity-crowdfunding regulation. Non-EU investors should ask the placement partner about eligibility and any required local filings before committing.
Who qualifies for the commission exemption?
Eligible private investors introduced by Plexicus before platform communication or prior engagement must complete document signatures before the platform communicates the round to its community or the public. Registration alone does not qualify. Payment processing of 1% + VAT still applies. The partner confirms eligibility and the applicable fee terms.
When does private access end?
The partner will confirm the deadline and required steps on the call. The signature requirement applies before the platform communicates the round; joining the Waiting List does not secure the exemption.
Will I be added to a marketing email sequence?
No. The purpose of this form is to arrange the investor call, not to add you to an automated marketing sequence.
Who will receive my details?
Plexicus and its placement partner will use the details you authorize in the checkbox to arrange and conduct the investor call.
